"Tom O’Connor turned my little Newport backyard into a party zone. He designed it and completed it in a very timely manner. He is extremely knowledgeable and left me very confident after he told me he had a vision. I wish I had a before picture. It came out better than I expected. It’s not very often these days when you say that wasn’t as bad as I expected about the cost but I was pleasantly surprised when the final cost was exactly the estimate. No surprises. It was a great overall experience."
